When is the 5% charged?
At the moment a paid order completes. It's deducted before funds reach your wallet you'll never receive a bill from us.
What do free events cost?
Nothing. Zero-priced tickets carry no Zatabox fee and no provider fee. Run registration for a meetup forever, free.
Who pays payment processing?
Processing is charged by your chosen provider at their published rate and itemized separately at checkout. Zatabox doesn't mark it up and you can pass fees to buyers or absorb them.
Is the API priced differently?
No. API, SDKs, widgets, webhooks and the MCP server are all included. A ticket sold through your own checkout costs the same 5% as one sold on a hosted page.
