- Do I need to create an account to buy a ticket?
- No. Checkout only asks for your name and email. We email your ticket immediately, and you can sign in later passwordlessly, with a magic link to see all your tickets in one place.
- Where do I find my ticket after buying?
- It arrives by email straight away, and it's always available in your pocket box office at web.zatabox.com. Open it on your phone at the door the QR refreshes itself so it's always valid.
- I lost the email can I still get in?
- Yes. Head to web.zatabox.com, enter the email you bought with, and we'll send you a one-tap sign-in link. Every ticket you've purchased is waiting there.
- Can I give my ticket to a friend?
- Absolutely. Open the ticket in your box office and tap Transfer your friend gets it on their device and your copy is deactivated, so there's never a double-scan at the gate.
- How do refunds work?
- Each event sets its own refund policy, shown before you pay. If you're eligible, the refund goes back to the card or wallet you used you don't chase anyone for it.
- Is my payment secure?
